Tender vine leaves from Northern Greece are carefully hand picked during grape harvest, washed, rolled together and packed in brine. Their soft texture and distinct taste make them an indispensable ingredient for creating one of the most famous dishes in the Mediterranean, namely "Dolmas" or stuffed vine leaves. Drain & open them up gently, then use your imagination for stuffing recipe (with rice, meat, ham, herbs & spices, soft cheese etc.) and wrap the leaves around the stuffing to create your very own Mediterranean sushi!
