Grown in a unique olive grove on the island of Evia in eastern Greece, extending from the seashore up to the foothills of the mountains with an area of 350 ha and 70,000 olive trees (some very old!), Kalamata variety olives are organically cultivated & naturally processed. When ripe they are gently pitted and crushed to produce this exquisite product with the rich taste of this indigenous to Greece variety. A healthy alternative to butter, use it in sandwiches, on pasta or pizza.
All natural, delicious and juicy Halkidiki olives are handpicked & preserved in brine. Before being bottled they are mechanically pitted and then stuffed by hand one by one with sundried tomatoes for a strong Mediterranean flavor combination. Eat them on their own as a snack, add in salads or accompagny cocktails and aperitifs. Perfect on toasted bread as a bruschetta with a glass of wine or add on top of pizza or pasta for that extra taste!
Grapes of organic farming from the red variety “Agiorgitiko”, indigenous to Greece, are vinified without any additives or preservatives. Cayenne peppers cultivated under organic farming practices & certification are naturally dried, cleaned and placed in the stainless steel storage tanks holding the vinegar, where their aromatic oils are infused in the vinegar in an absolutely natural way without any aromatic additives used. The result is a product with superior aroma and flavor!
