Gourmante Roasted Sweet Yellow & Red Peppers in Brine 450gr

Large size, sweet red & yellow peppers from Florina region of Greece are roasted with open flame and then marinated with brine and vinegar. The roasting adds a special taste to this traditional Greek antipasti. Eat them on their own with some extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, add in salads whole of chopped, use them chopped in red pasta or meat sauces.
