Gourmante BIO Green Olives Stuffed with Red Pepper in Brine 240gr
Grown in a unique olive grove on the island of Evia in eastern Greece, extending from the seashore up to the foothills of the mountains with an area of 350 ha and 70,000 olive trees (some very old!), green olives of the indigenous to Greece Conservolea variety are organically cultivated & naturally processed with the traditional method without any additives or preservatives, keeping all their physical characteristics, nutrients and other beneficial compounds. When ripe they are gently pitted and stuffed with organic red pepper slices one by one, a tedious manual process done by experienced workers with love and care. The result is a great & healthy taste combination, try them in your salads or with your meat dishes for a truly Mediterranean recipe!
